Built On Struggles ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused).

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items that are final sale, including clearance products, digital goods, and personalized/customized items, are not eligible for return.

 


 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at BuiltOnStruggles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 


 

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Refunds do not include original shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria.

 


 

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items. If you need a different size or product, initiate a return and place a new order.

 


 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

 


 

6. Cancellations & Order Changes
